Little Things-Cherish These
Little Things -Cherish These There really isn't anything" little" or small about living your life with knowledge and appreciation of these things. Because,as a whole, the little things are what truly make for a fulfilling and gratifying existence. If you do nothing but strive for things such as success, money, adventure or recognition, most of the time, you'll find yourself, frustrated, angry and disappointed. Although there is nothing wrong with wanting to obtain these things, life in itself , just doesn't afford people these opportunities very often and certainly not every day. But, every day I find myself in awe of God's creation, everything around me is a miracle.trees, flowers, grass the sun, the moon , the stars. "knowing "and "appreciating" that today, is the "only" day i've been promised, the only day I can hug my child ,eat a good meal,watch children laugh and play in their world of innocence or call a friend, just to say hello. The opportunity, to tell those most important in my life "I love you" while watching the expression come over their face,when saying how much I appreciate them and how happy I am that they are in my life. Tell anyone you know, how valuable they are and how important they are in your life, watch the response you receive and this will literally make your day, but more importantly,theirs. Pain, sorrow, grief and sickness , does not escape any of us, we've all experienced most or all of these things at some time in our lives and I contend, because this is so, the little things afforded us every day, should become the "biggest" things of all. |
